Seaside police fatally shot Cashus Case July 24, 2018 at Seasider RV Park. The Clatsop County District Attorney’s Office ruled the shooting was justified. Police were responding to a report that Case was waving around two pistols and was upset because a dog had bitten someone else at the RV park.

Jermaine Green, a former NFL player, sentenced to 12 years in prison for holding his 37-year-old girlfriend, Katrina Johnson, at knifepoint inside a Daytona Beach home.

When officers confronted Andrew Kana in the middle of a restaurant in Muskogee, Oklahoma, he drew a gun on them. Kana had several felony warrants open against him at the time. Officers were forced to gun him down.

Body cam footage released by the Baltimore Police Department show cops attempting to disarm a threatening, knife-wielding man by pleading with him and using a stun gun. When these methods failed to subdue the man, they ended up shooting him. He is currently in the hospital but is expected to survive.

Trev Bowies Jackson, 24, shot three rounds at Northern York County Regional Police Officer Lynn Anderson after being pulled over in a Route 30 shopping center for suspected DUI. Jackson has been charged with criminal attempt of homicide, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.

Officer Chansey McMillin shot and killed Terence D. Walker, 21, after he ran from police who were responding to a domestic complaint. Walker repeatedly threatened his ex-girlfriend told her he “had a bullet with her name on it” before she went to church.

Kenneth Ryan Busse Jr, the suspect had been involved in a car accident, and the responding officers believed that he was intoxicated. After refusing a field sobriety test, Busse retrieved a gun hidden in a nearby bush and fired at the police, forcing them to gun him down.

Seven San Francisco police officers fired 65 bullets at an RV and arrested a murder suspect during a tense standoff. The suspect fired two shots. No one was hit in the gunfire.

Police were called because the suspect was seen choking a woman. The suspect was hit twice by shots fired by officers. The two officers involve also were injured. One has an orbital eye fracture and the other a broken hand.

Ramsey County attorney John Choi said Phumee Lee was armed and fired his gun at officers. Choi determined the shooting the justified.

After two mistrials for Ray Tensing, the prosecutor in the case said he is moving to dismiss the murder indictment against the police officer. Tensing was charged with murder and voluntary manslaughter after fatally shooting Samuel DuBose during a traffic stop.

John A. Elifritz, a suspect in a carjacking, had a knife in his right hand saying, “I’m gonna kill myself. I’m gonna kill everybody in here.”, running toward police officers before they shot and killed him.

Jason Van Dyke, former cop shot and killed Laquan McDonald. The officer was convicted of second degree murder and 16 counts of aggravated battery with a firearm for the shooting.
