Michael G. Shaw of District Court 42-3-02 of the 42nd Judicial District in Sayre, has been formally charged by Board Complaint in the Court of Judicial Discipline against Bradford County Magisterial District Judge Michael G. Shaw, according to the Judicial Conduct Board.
A press release submitted by the Judicial Conduct Board reads, “The Board Complaint alleges violations of the Rules Governing Standards of Conduct of Magisterial District Judges and the Pennsylvania Constitution.”
Charges filed against Shaw include: impropriety, special consideration, ex parte communications, and failure to rescue.
