Whistleblowers Win $6M Against Texas AG Ken Paxton

A district court judge awarded over $6 million to four whistleblowers in a lawsuit against Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. The whistleblowers were fired after reporting Paxton to the FBI for alleged bribery. Paxton denied the allegations. The court found that the whistleblowers were terminated in retaliation for their reports. Paxton plans to appeal the ruling.
