MUST WATCH – all the way through – As there’s some truly funny clip segments within this video via Auditors opinions
This video is dedicated to thanking four amazing YouTube channels who took the time to shine a light on what happened to me in Shenandoah, Texas—an experience that turned into one of the most shocking examples of police overreach and rights violations I’ve ever seen.
On August 6, 2024, I was stopped while walking down a public sidewalk near a hotel. I had committed no crime. Despite this, officers demanded I provide identification without any lawful reason or probable cause. When I calmly exercised my rights and declined to identify myself without justification, the situation escalated quickly.
I was handcuffed, searched, and detained for over two hours. My repeated requests for water were ignored. Even more disturbing, the officers refused to look at exculpatory evidence on my phone that could have immediately proven I had not committed any crime. They threatened to forcibly unlock my phone. Eventually, they transported me to jail, only to be released when they confirmed I had no warrants. No apology. No accountability.
In fact, even after it was obvious that they had unlawfully detained me and violated my rights, the officer plainly stated that he didn’t care. He refused to offer any apology whatsoever. Instead of returning me to where they had essentially kidnapped me from, they drove me 25–30 miles away and dropped me off one block outside the jail in the middle of nowhere with no water after drinking water in front of me while I continued asking for some. I was left there alone with no way home.
This incident violated multiple constitutional protections, including:
Fourth Amendment: protection against unreasonable searches and seizures.
Fifth Amendment: right to remain silent and not self-incriminate.
First Amendment: right to record and document public officials.
Fourteenth Amendment: due process and equal protection under the law.
Sadly, incidents like this are not isolated. Police misconduct, unlawful detentions, and abuse of authority continue to happen across the United States every day. That’s why channels like the ones featured here are so important. They document, analyze, and educate the public about civil rights, case law, and what to do when you’re confronted by officers who disregard the Constitution.
This thank-you video highlights the incredible work of these creators. Please consider visiting their channels, subscribing, and supporting them. They are part of the reason this story reached thousands of people who might never have heard it otherwise.
A special thank you in advance to Audit the Audit, who has informed me that they will be featuring portions of my video in late July. Their channel does incredible work explaining the law in detail and breaking down Supreme Court decisions that impact civil rights and police accountability. I am truly grateful for their support.
Together, we can spread awareness and hold law enforcement accountable for misconduct. We can remind every citizen that they have rights—and no badge grants the power to take them away.
If you’d like to help me continue fighting for justice and cover legal costs, you can support my GoFundMe here:

If you aren’t able to donate, simply sharing this video, subscribing, or hitting the like button helps tremendously to get the word out and inspire change. I truly need your help to keep spreading awareness and to finally find an attorney willing to stand up for what’s right.
🙏 Thank you to these channels for standing up for transparency and public education:
