WARNING: DISTRESSING CONTENT. Controversial bodycam footage was released by the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office of a February 19 traffic stop. Two different bodycam perspectives show the arrest of William McNeil Jr. after he refused to exit his car while pulled over. McNeil was arrested for resisting an officer without violence, driving with a suspended license, driving without headlights in inclement weather, possessing over 20 grams of marijuana, and possessing drug paraphernalia with intent to use.
