Toronto police participate in global Interpol investigation

Operation Jackal 3 covered 21 countries across 5 continents. Here in Toronto, police executed search warrants in a mail theft and fraud investigation. 7 people were arrested, accused of stealing business cheques and financial documents from mailboxes in order to commit identity theft. Several are linked to West African crime groups including Black Axe.
