Sheriff Mack:
Sheriff Richard Ivan Mack is a prominent figure known for his staunch defense of constitutional rights and advocacy for state sovereignty. Serving as the Sheriff of Graham County, Arizona, from 1988 to 1996, Mack made a name for himself by successfully challenging the federal government in the landmark Supreme Court case Mack v. United States, later known as Printz v. United States.
This case struck down key provisions of the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act as unconstitutional.Mack is the founder of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA), a movement dedicated to empowering sheriffs to uphold the Constitution and resist unconstitutional laws.
