The allegations against PC Purchase are as follows:
Allegation 1:
PC Purchase colluded with a former police officer, for them to provide a urine sample for him should he be selected for a drugs test.
Allegation 2:
PC Purchase made clear admissions that clearly identifies him as being a class A drug user and associates with drug users.
Allegation 3:
PC Purchase has shared BWV footage of himself whilst on duty on a family and friends WhatsApp group.
Allegation 4:
PC Purchase has sent a transphobic and racist text message.
Allegation 5:
PC Purchase has stored various policing items/exhibits at his home address that were part of a Possession With Intent investigation that had concluded and been closed one year prior.
