This is hashtag#Corruption at its worst. Below you will find a shocking recording between a hashtag#murderer hashtag#doctor and an Investigating Officer, showing a blatant attempt to cover up the truth. One of my clients Paras Juneja, after speaking with the IO and the accused’s brother, went to collect CCTV footage from the hospital where Simran Chhabra tragically lost her life. He was basically invited to get this crucial evidence.
But, shockingly, the IO is caught on tape telling the accused that if he doesn’t want to hand over the footage, he should just write that the CCTV wasn’t working. The accused agreed, and did the same, the police were denied the vital evidence that could have brought justice to a grieving family.
To make things even worse, the accused gave the police muted CCTV footage and filed a bogus FIR against my client (FIR Number 78/2023 at PS New Colony Gurgaon), trying to intimidate the family into dropping their criminal complaints. Thankfully, with the help of some good officers in the Crime Branch, Gurgaon, the FIR was dismissed, and my client was cleared of all false allegations, the closure report filed bearing number UCR/3562/2024.
It’s heartbreaking and infuriating that, despite all this evidence, the corrupt officer and the doctor haven’t faced any consequences. This audio recording is in police and court files, yet nothing has been done.
It’s time to call out and expose these corrupt people in the system. Let’s stand together and fight to get rid of these bad apples. Justice must prevail!
