On December 30, 2022 Deputies were dispatched to an apartment complex for a disturbance involving a male subject (S1) and a female (V1) subject. V1 had originally stated S1 had assaulted her, had a knife, and was refusing to leave her apartment; however she later denied everything and claimed she injured herself. Deputies made contact with S1 and V1 outside of the apartment unit and Deputies gave numerous directives for S1 t o surrender. S1 disobeyed deputies directives, jumped a fence, and ran from Deputies. A records check revealed S1 had a no-bail felony warrant for his arrest. A records check further revealed V1 had an active and served Criminal Protective Order against S1. S1 was later apprehended with the assistance of the K9 unit. S1 was treated for severe pelvic injuries and transported to the Sacramento County Main Jail.
