Tembisa, 19 March – A sex worker briefly appeared in the Tembisa Magistrate’s Court on Monday after she was charged with resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer. But the woman claims she is actually the victim. The woman, who cannot be identified, alleges that the officer attacked her on Sunday afternoon, not the first time this has happened. She says the incident has been caught on CCTV cameras.
