In another effort to appease Donald Trump, the Republican majority in the House of Representatives pledged late last week that they would investigate the January 6th Committee, though they were mum on why the Committee would even need to be investigated. Mike Johnson took issue with Liz Cheney receiving the Presidential Citizens Medal on Thursday, and responded by promising investigations into the Committee in response.
