Punjab Police constable Amandeep Kaur, who was arrested on Wednesday with 17.7 gram heroin and was dismissed on Thursday, was blatantly defying another Punjab Police order — of flaunting her uniform, and luxury cars and watches, on her Instagram page which has over 30,000 followers.
