Police ‘scrambling’ after letting man who shouted anti Muslim abuse go

Canterbury District Commander Superintendent John Price says the officers on duty outside Al Noor mosque where a man yelled anti-Muslim abuse, should have done better. He told Lisa Owen if he was on duty he would have arrested the man – but police on guard didn’t even take his name.
