Police are investigating a case of abuse, after a five year old was allegedly given dish-washing liquid as a form of punishment at a Kempton Park creche. Gauteng provincial authorities are also probing the matter. The incident reportedly happened in April. The case is only being pursued now after the SABC took up the father’s plight.
