🏠 Pigeon Forge used eminent domain to take our house. Now they’re trying to grab even more.

We’re the Race family. In 2022, we bought a house in Pigeon Forge—unaware the city was planning a road through it. They never warned us. Then they used eminent domain, offered far below market value, and demolished our home.

Now, officials are trying to pass a blanket agreement to close 20+ land deals without public votes. And they just held a closed executive session to talk about our case—out of public view.
