Attached below is a printout from the court records (as of 08/06/2024 10:00am). As you can see in this video, Mrs Camp is present in the court as she and Mr Bovtovich filed this case together. According to the court records, the Judge and the Court falsified the records once again by removing Mrs Camp from the Plaintiff’s as well as lying that she was not present in the court.

**** UPDATE: 07/24/2024 ****
The Corrupt Judges Anna Albertson and Judge Tierra Jones in the Case A-24-890922-C have both committed more perjury and fraud under oath by issuing these orders in regards to both of these cases. Both cases led by Gordon Rees Scully law firm associates who are complicit in this fraudulent conduct.
Both of the Judges had an Affidavit for Disqualification filed against them. Based on NRS 1.235, a Judge can argue against such an affidavit but must file a response within 5 days from the filing of this affidavit. Neither Judge has done so. NRS 1.235 also states, if there is no response filed, then the Judge does not contest the Affidavit and therefore must remove themselves from the case. But of course they did not do that because they are corrupt, instead they signed orders.
