It was alleged that On 7th November 2023, Miss X was arrested for section 1, Terrorism Act 2006 offences; her second arrest in relation to terror offences was whilst she was on police bail. Miss X has since been convicted at the Old Bailey of one count of possessing terrorism material.
An investigation established that a personal association was shared between PC A and Miss X, which he failed to declare. This personal association was only disclosed by PC A after 7th November 2023, when correspondence relating to the arrest of Miss X was obtained
from PC A’s locker at Holloway Police Station, proving that he was aware of her arrest.
