Marine alleges San Diego Police brutality outside bar in Gaslamp Quarter

In a new lawsuit, a Marine is suing San Diego, claiming police brutality that left him with a traumatic brain injury outside a bar in the Gaslamp Quarter last year. Meanwhile, a recent Grand Jury report found San Diego Police officers in that area use force at a much higher rate than in other parts of the city.
