On august 6 2023, officers spotted a white GMC Yukon cruising through the streets, its windows so darkly tinted that even shadows couldn’t be seen inside. Suspicious of what might be hidden, they decided to investigate. With lights flashing, they initiated a traffic stop but what happened next took everyone by surprise.
