Lance Kuretza…. a Monongalia County Sheriff’s Deputy was indicted by the Feds after this never-before-seen bodycam footage shown. This body camera footage shows deputy Lance Kuretza suddenly confronting and arresting an innocent autistic man. An innocent autistic man who was just sleeping in a hotel room. This incident actually took place over two years ago. Since then, he was acquitted by a federal jury in his criminal prosecution. Unsurprisingly, since being acquitted deputy Lance Kuretza is now back to work roaming the streets searching for new autistic victims. My question to you is, should he have a badge in light of this footage, showing what really happened that night?
