Motor One refused to follow the Plea Deal he negotiated when he was released from prison in September 2022, he negotiated the terms. Once released he figured no one would be able to prove the YouTube account was his and he would just ignore that condition to remove his channel. He was banned from any association with Metro State, yet he registered his car “Metro State Emergency Service” violating his probation by simulating a law enforcement service, also using Metro State and making the vehicle appear to be Law Enforcement. He thought his Probation Officer would allow him to ignore the conditions, but the PO has no ability to pick and choose what conditions he can ignore, the court ruled and only the court could modify his Probation.

These calls again show the level of dishonesty and failure to accept responsibility from all those involved. Dewitte refused to take down his YouTube channel claiming he was hacked, we all know that he and his girlfriend were uploading content right up until he was sentenced on his channel. FIO has easily confirmed the channel is still linked to his email that he has listed with FDLE.
Motor One has to convince his wife that he is still being harassed by the Police, that all his charges are fake, that his Girlfriend is a stalker. His wife is concerned about the media reports, she is also getting calls and messages from the Girlfriend. FIO has never released the phone numbers or emails of those involved. The mother has received complaints on ebay as they are selling equipment that is banned from ebay (Police Equipment)
