Shocking visuals have emerged from Jamshedpur, raising questions about the conduct of police. In a viral CCTV video, Sub-Inspector Vikas Kumar is seen verbally abusing a shopkeeper with foul language in front of the man’s elderly parents. Despite the shopkeeper’s repeated objections, the SI continued his verbal assault, even admitting that he would keep using abusive language. The victim has filed a written complaint with the Senior Superintendent of Police, demanding strict action against the officer.
