Itanagar MLA Techi Kaso has leveled serious allegations against Itanagar Capital Complex Deputy Commissioner Talo Potom. MLA Kaso has alleged that the Itnagar Capital Complex DC is misusing his powers to protect his private property.
While addressing a function in Itanagar, the MLA made startling allegations against DC Talo Potom by accusing him of abusing his authority by altering the right of way for Pakage B of National Highway No 415. The Itanagar MLA stated that the DC did this to safeguard his private property from demolition in the Nirjuli area. Kaso further claimed that this misuse of power was a key reason behind the prolonged delay in the completion of the highway project.
