President Cyril Ramaphosa is set to establish a judicial commission of inquiry into the Truth and Reconciliation Commission delayed cases that were referred to the National Prosecuting Authority.
The TRC handed over a list of several hundred cases to state prosecutors for investigation, but many were never pursued.
