On May 4th, 2024, officers in Ohio were dispatched to a residence in response to an active domestic violence call. Upon arrival, an officer observed another officer speaking with a woman who had reported being struck. The woman described a heated argument with the male resident, which had escalated throughout the day. The officers then spoke with the male resident, who claimed he was hit on the back of the head during the argument.
As the investigation continued, the male resident’s son was questioned to ascertain if he had witnessed the incident. The officers took detailed statements and collected digital images of the male resident’s injuries. While one officer remained on the scene to complete documentation, another transported the female suspect to the County Jail.
The suspect was charged with Domestic Violence and Resisting Arrest.
