Broward County, Florida – On October 9th, 2023, a fragrance package valued at over $11,000 was stolen from an ULTA Beauty store in broad daylight. Due to a string of recent thefts, the stolen package had been outfitted with a hidden GPS tracker, allowing deputies to track it in real time to an intersection in Boca Raton, Florida.
