was returning from his friend’s birthday party late at night.
A Delhi Police constable stopped them and asked:
“Where are you from?”
Pandav Kumar answered honestly: “We are from Bihar.”
The constable pulled out his gun and shot him in the chest.
Pandav Kumar was declared dead on arrival at the hospital.
He was not a criminal.
He was not causing trouble.
He was just… BIHARI.
