The Garden City Police Department took a fraud report from a business in the 3500 block of N. Prospect Way on Thursday.
An unknown suspect went to multiple banks with fraudulent checks from this business and cashed two checks totaling over $5000. As the investigation progressed, Garden City Officers identified the suspect as 32-year-old Jesse Foy of Boise.
Officers from the Garden City and Meridian Police IMPACT team located Foy at a Boise motel. Foy was contacted and arrested without incident.
