If any kind of online fraud has happened with you. If you want that fraudulent money back then you have to complain, but before complaining you have to keep some things ready like account details, transaction ID, SMS, call details, screenshot, and other things that you have, keep the details of all those things carefully. After that
1, You have to call the bank and tell them that there has been an illegal transaction from my bank account. Please hold the amount now.
2, Call the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal 1930 and report that you have been defrauded. After that https://cybercrime.gov.in and register your complaint by providing all proof documents, account details, phone number of scammers and other details.
3, And after registering the complaint on cyber crime, you get an acknowledgement number and a PDF from cyber crime. That PDF and acknowledgement number, you have to go to the cyber police station and register an FIR.
After completion of this entire process, if you receive an SMS from cyber crime that your defrauded money has been put on hold, then you have to go to court with a lawyer and bring a court order. After getting the court order, you had filed a complaint on cyber crime or you had filed a complaint at the cyber police station. You have to go to the bank with all those documents and Complaint has to be submitted to the bank also.
