Chango, is the former co-leader of The Yellow Top Crew drug gang in Harlem and has appeared on various channels including The Soft White Underbelly and The Connect with Johnny Mitchell. Now he meets up with fellow New Yorker Brazen Breeds to have an unrehearsed discussion at Central Park about various topics. During his time in the streets as well as his incarceration, Chango encountered many notable individuals who operated on both sides of the law. We discuss corrupt cop Detective Mark Tebbens, who Chango had personal involvement with, as well as The HIU (Homicide Investigation Unit) and Judge Leslie Crocker Snyder who presided over his case.

While in prison Chango encountered numerous former gang members, such as the leaders of The Wild Cowboys Drug Gang, Lenny and Nelson Sepulveda, as well as the one time leader of The Jheri Curl Gang of Washington Heights, Rafael Rafi Martinez. He also did time with some notorious serial killers, including The Son of Sam David Berkowitz and Joel The Ripper Rifkin.

After his release from prison, Chango became involved in helping to free wrongfully convicted individuals including The Central Park 5, convicted Corey Jackson and Daniel Fat Danny Rincon who was sentence to 158 years in prison for a crime he was not involved in.
