Florida man offers police alcohol before being arrested

A man offered a deputy a drink and lit up a cigarette before being tased by police during a #pursuit in #Florida. Bodycam footage shows the assailant holding a can of vodka spritz out the window as he drives past a deputy trying to get him to stop.
