Nine juveniles have been identified and charges are pending against five of them on Wednesday after Baltimore County officers responded to a fight in Towson earlier this week.
Police said officers were called at about 3:40 p.m. on April 20 to the unit block of Lambourne Road for a “physical disturbance.” The department said it is believed the incident stems from a verbal altercation in school, and that the juveniles involved are known to each other.
