In this eye-opening video, I reveal the shocking story of how a police officer with a history of violent conduct managed to escape accountability — not once, but twice. In 2017, Constable Evan Gorman was charged with brutally assaulting an 11-year-old child at an elementary school, leaving the young victim hospitalized. Then, in 2022, I became his next victim, suffering serious injuries that landed me in the hospital. Despite the overwhelming evidence, including a damning transcript detailing the attack on the child, a judge dismissed the charges against him in 2019.
In my case, Crown Attorneys took an unusually aggressive stance, fighting to have the charges dismissed. Despite their efforts, a Justice of the Peace initially accepted the assault charge. Yet, within just two days, a senior Crown Attorney of 33 years intervened and had the charge dropped.
