Los Angeles Police Chief, announce that longtime leader of the South Los Angeles-based Rollin’ 60s Neighborhood Crips Street Gang has been charged in a federal complaint, alleging he ran a criminal enterprise that committed a series of racketeering crimes. The charges include extortion, human trafficking, fraud, and murder.
