During a DUI traffic stop in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, deputies were nearly hit when a second drunk driver crashed into their patrol vehicle. The incident happened just after 2:30 a.m. on June 14, 2025. The second driver, 32-year-old Lauren Michelle Skinner, was charged with multiple offenses including DUI (2nd offense), driving under suspension, and transporting alcohol with a broken seal. Skinner received a total bond of $4,527.50. South Carolina Highway Patrol is handling the investigation.
