Over ₹.15/- crores cash recovered from #DelhiHighCourt Judge #JusticeYashwantVarma residence in Delhi ? This is just tip of massive iceberg of corruption in Judiciary and Courts?
1. There is so much corruption in Judicial system & administration. Judges are not accountable to anybody,they are not accountable to Parliament,to President and also not accountable to people of this great country. Impeachment of Judges process is a British Colonial system which is next to impossible to implement.
2. The Word “Collegium” is not there in our Constitution. The word ” Collegium ” is not there in any Act/Laws passed by the Parliament. In which country in the world, does Judges select and appoints Judges?
3. Why Hon #SupremeCourt #Collegium lead by CJI #SanjivKhanna not sacking/asking Justice #YashwantVerma
to resign after cash haul found in his residence? Why just transfer Judge to Alhabad HC? Why should any Judge continue to remain Judge after an adverse report against him/her and after massive cash haul of over ₹.15/- crores from his residence?
4. Dear CJI, with all due respect to you and all MiLords is it correct that your relatives are in London,UK? Why MiLords gave special interim bail to #ArvindKejriwal to campaign during #LokSabhaElections2024 ?
5. Who is funding the foreign countries yearly vacation trips of MiLords ? Is it correct that many Milord has properties and fatty Bank accounts in Foreign countries ? How many Judges in #SupremeCourtOfIndia , High Courts and Trial courts must be having such huge massive cash in their residence ?
6. Bombay HC Judge AbhayThipsay after retirement joins Congress of #RahulGandhi ? AbhayThipsay made HC Judge from sport quota ? AbhayThipsay was working as Junior colleague with and in HarishSalve firm. Isn’t the same AbhayThipsay as HC Milord on same single day gave hearing and stay on conviction and bail release to #SalmanKhan hit-n-case? It was a miracle happening in Bombay HC room of Milord Thipsay as no conviction papers were presented to court but how case on board on same day after conviction of Salman khan ? Milord Thipsay stayed conviction, gave bail and release SalmanKhan all based on oral submission by you great Sr Advocate #HarishSalve l
7. Harish Salve ensured SalmanKhan don’t spent single day ArthurRoad jail in Mumbai thanks to cooperation from AbhayThipsay who used to work as Junior support staff in Harish Salve office. That day everything happened before 5pm after session court conviction & 5 years imprisonment verdict delivered for SalmanKhan before 1pm lunch. Hon Session Court Milord was also waiting beyond 5pm in court anticipating HC stay and bail release verdict in favour of SalmanKhan.
8. Latter on after retirement AbhayThipsay submitted legal write up in London court favouring NiravModi & MehulChokshi about why they should not be deported to India. Currently Thipsay is in Congress party. Similar situations with almost all MiLords and in all courts
9. KapilSibal,Singhvi and other few top Lawyers always get priority in listing and hearing of cases? It is alleged that for any case to come within 10 cases on Board of Courts. VitM is exchanged ranging from 10K to 25L depending on urgencies of cases. Will top swear on their kids that they never bribed any Registry staff, MiLords for cases listing,hearings,for bails, settling case and verdicts ?
10. Hon MiLords unwanted and bakwas commentary against #NupurSharma which destroyed her life….is worse form of injustice to women Nari shakti . MiLords corruption is their commentary “ Dance Bars without Liquor is absurd”. Hon MiLords stays all govt actions, decisions and demolitions of illegal structures is corruption in our country.
11. Ex CJI Chandrachud asks Senior Lawyers to get out from court rooms and give priority to Law School batchmate cases in listing,mentioning,hearing,bails,verdicts,etc. Worst corruption is when one MiLord says that he became Judge just because his relative is Congress leader. 👇
