Clark County, Indiana Sheriff and former star of A&E’s 60-Days In, has been embroiled in a year long corruption scandal involving his misuse of millions of dollars in funds both from public and non-profit sources he oversaw. It is alleged that he used these funds to lead a lavish lifestyle, including collecting over 100 cars, buying his own plane and even paying his child support. His wife, daughter, mistress and more have since been indicted on similar charges and Noel is up to 31 felony charges himself.
I originally covered this case shortly after Noel’s initial arrest. This is an update from the past year of craziness and court hearings.
