โTwo non-jailable offensesโ
โข Officer Sharla A. Whetsone and Officer Carlos Castillo improperly activated emergency lights, a violation constituting a felony.
โข No reasonable suspicion existed that a crime involving injury to person or property had been, was being, or was about to be committed. Consequently, the two officers lacked probable cause to restrict my freedom of movement.
โข The officer’s (Carlos Castillo) consumption of an energy drink did not contribute to the de-escalation of the situation.
โข Officer Carlos Castillo disregarded my passport identification while it was in his custody.
โข Despite my providing Officer Castillo with a printed copy of Texas Transportation Code 502.003, he disregarded its provisions.
โข An unknown male police officer came to the scene and started to high five of his colleagues for the bounty they made. ๐ฎโโ๏ธ๐ฐ๐ (Body Cam will be made available soon)
โข Officers Sharla Whetsone and Carlos Castillo engaged in illegally retaliatory actions, ostensibly on behalf of the Missouri City Police Department and the city’s interests, to demonstrate their ability to target me at will.
