On May 7th, 2025, Deputies from the Clark County Sheriff’s Office responded to a vehicle collision in Vancouver, WA. When they arrived, they were met by a drunk, 54-year-old, Marc Fogle. During the initial interaction with Deputies, Marc was had stated that his life was over as he relied on his, soon to be revoked, licence for work, he was visibly upset.
Ultimately Marc would end up at a local police station as he’d need to have an alcohol measurement test for evidence. While there, his demeanour completely changed, he had been calm up until that point, but out of nowhere, he became aggressive.
Marc would try to take the deputies gun from his holster which forced him to stab Marc several times in the back. He died at the scene.
