@Copwatchtv obtained body camera footage from an incident involving a uniformed Albuquerque Police Officer who was on his way to work in his fully marked police unit.
While he was driving to work, according to NM State Police the officer was apparently going well over 100MPH and swerving within lanes of traffic. A New Mexico State Police officer observed these driving behaviors and pulled the APD officer over. The New Mexico State Police officer soon could smell alcohol on the officers person.
APD Officer Jordan Hernandez has been with the department for 3 years and is currently being investigated within his department for this incident and his trial is pending.
