2 arrested after kids found living in Myrtle Beach shed with ‘deplorable’ conditions

A pair of Myrtle Beach parents are behind bars after two children were allegedly found living in a shed with “deplorable conditions,” according to a Myrtle Beach police report.

Paul St. Michel, 44, and Kelly Poe, 40, are each charged with two counts of unlawful conduct toward a child. Poe faces two additional drug charges and two fraud charges.
