CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Harrowing moments after police officer has he gun taken away

Police cam footage from two police officers from the Fountain Valley Police Department, Orange County California, shows a suspect first fleeing from an officer and then the suspect taking another officer’s weapon away during an officer-involved incident on Jan. 24, 2025. The suspect was shot and killed by the responding officer after he instructed the man multiple times to “put it down” in reference to the stolen officer’s handgun.
