Boro Shmira apprehended a repeat offender for shoplifting

Following numerous complaints regarding a repeat shoplifter, our members responded to a shoplifting in progress committed today by the same individual. After flooding the scene, they located said perpetrator who was after a short pursuit apprehended and arrested by @NYPD66Pct.
