Newly obtained Rochester Police body-worn camera footage reveals the arrest of Anthony Hall, a former city of Rochester employee accused of assaulting a police officer.
The video, acquired by 13WHAM News through a Freedom of Information Law request, captures the events leading up to Hall’s arrest earlier this year.
