Bonfire Night violence erupted in Birmingham as police and the public were attacked with fireworks.
Groups of youths bombarded West Midlands Police officers with rockets in the Dale End area of the city, with four teenage boys being arrested and taken into custody on suspicion of violent disorder.
Hundreds of youths rampaged around the city unleashing flares and fireworks at officers and their vehicles.
