This biker was stopped at a red light when a cop blocked him for no reason.
The cop stole the keys from the man and his friends.
He completely ignored the biker.
The insane cop even threatened to take him to jail.
Once the cop detained him, the biker began to have a panic attack.
Even though the cop could see he was having a panic attack, he did nothing.
After this, the man sent in a formal complaint and the cop was investigated.
