A beautifully designed website, polished presentations, and charming sales representatives — this is how Naturevistta Hospitality Private Limited lures unsuspecting customers into their fraudulent holiday schemes. At first glance, https://naturevistta.com/ appears to be a legitimate travel company offering exclusive vacation deals. Unfortunately, it is a front for a well-orchestrated scam that preys on people’s trust and aspirations.
How It Started: A Seemingly Innocent Call
I received a call from a number: +91-9167405395. The caller, who introduced herself as Janvi, claimed that Naturevistta was offering exclusive promotional holiday packages to recent KIA car buyers. As part of this “special offer,” she invited us to an event at Shreya Hotel, Hanamkonda.
Out of curiosity and initial trust, my spouse and I attended.
The Setup: A Well-Rehearsed Sales Event
Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a professional-looking receptionist who completed our registration and directed us to a round-table setup in the banquet hall, where several other guests were already seated. The room was staged to feel like a high-end corporate seminar.
A presenter named Poonam (contact: +91-7045019321) began a smooth and compelling presentation about Naturevistta and its luxury holiday membership plans:
• 3-Year Plan: ₹85,000
• 5-Year Plan: ₹1,25,000
• 10-Year Plan: ₹1,85,000
The Promises Included:
• 7 Days / 6 Nights Hotel accommodation each year
• Breakfast and dinner included (lunch excluded)
• Train bookings for 2 adults + 2 children (AC 3-tier)
• Flight bookings with up to 40% discount
• Local transportation arrangements at the destination
During the presentation, a so-called manager named Chintan and Uttam Kumar every time they give different name (contact: +91-8169287073) joined in to further persuade us, adding pressure to make a decision on the spot.
The Payment Trap
Despite expressing hesitation about making immediate payments, we were offered a convenient down payment option:
• ₹30,000 upfront (paid via UPI QR code on April 11, 2025)
• Remaining amount on 24-month 0% interest EMI
We were told this offer was only valid if we committed immediately. After persistent persuasion, and assurance that the travel would be booked within a week, we made the down payment.
Post-Payment Silence and Evasion
After payment, we were given a point of contact: Rajesh (contact: +91-8108436964). Though initially polite, he consistently steered us toward destinations we had not requested, such as Rajasthan desert trips, and ignored our repeated interest in Kashmir, Sikkim, or Munnar.
As days passed, there was no confirmation of any travel plan, not even a sample itinerary — even after 20 days. Several calls went unanswered, and shockingly, some numbers are now switched off or no longer in use.
Red Flags and Wider Deception

• Same method: Hotel events, flashy presentations, emotional persuasion, immediate payment pressure
