Arkansas Suspends Cops Amid Fury Over Violent Arrest Video, $15000 Bail For Suspect

The US state of Arkansas has launched a probe and suspended three police officials who were seen beating a suspect pinned to the ground in a now-viral video. Police said Randal Worcester made threats outside a convenience store Sunday in Mulberry, Crawford County, following which he was charged with assault, resisting arrest and making terroristic threats. The South Carolina resident was released Monday on $15,000 bail amid public fury over the latest incident of “police brutality” in the US.
