The independent policing oversight authority – IPOA – has launched an investigation into allegations of police brutality against social activist Boniface Mwangi, involving officers attached to Kilimani police station.
Activist Boniface Mwangi claims he was not only unlawfully arrested but also assaulted by police officers while in custody.
